Data controller
Overit Slovenia is operated by Verde Holding (contact: info@verdeholding.hu). You can reach us at this address with any privacy-related request.
What we process about you as a visitor
- User account: your email address and password, if you create an Overit App account. Sign-up is not open at present, so no accounts are being created. Separately, we keep any correspondence you send to info@verdeholding.hu.
- Analytics: the website uses Google Analytics for anonymous traffic measurement (pages visited, device type). This data is not linked to your email address.
Purpose and legal basis
An account email is processed so we can sign you in and reply to you; the legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Analytics runs on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given in the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists, and at most 3 years after it is deleted or until the Overit Slovenia project is discontinued. Correspondence is kept for at most 3 years. Public-register data is kept for as long as the source register carries it — see the section below.
Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- withdrawal of consent at any time — just email info@verdeholding.hu,
- lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec (ip-rs.si).
Company data
Company information comes from public registers — the Slovenian Business Register, the AJPES official publications, the RZIJZ register of bodies subject to the public-information act, the Financial Administration's registers, the GURS address register and VIES — and is processed in line with their public-sector information re-use terms.
Personal data we publish
- names of representatives, supervisory-board members and shareholders as recorded in RZIJZ, shown on the company they belong to;
- names and business names appearing in the AJPES official publications, including personal bankruptcy proceedings where the debtor is an individual;
- the business name of a sole trader, which by law contains their own name, and the address of their registered seat, which may be their home address.
The basis for this is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in making information already published in Slovenian public registers findable in one place, which is the purpose of public-sector information re-use under ZDIJZ. We do not enrich it from other sources, do not build people indexes, offer no search by name, and make no attempt to link one person across companies.
If your particular situation warrants it, you may object to this processing (Art. 21 GDPR): write to info@verdeholding.hu. We do not edit the substance — what is wrong at the source is corrected at the source (AJPES or the competent court), and we take the correction at the next import, or sooner on request.
